Investing in Nigeria's digital and creative future

The Federal Government of Nigeria initiated the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) programme to build capacity and create sustainable jobs across the technology and creative ecosystems.

The primary aim of iDICE is to build capacity and upskill Nigerian youth aged 15 to 35 in technology and creativity — increasing their employability, fostering innovation and supporting the emergence of more entrepreneurs in these ecosystems within the programme's five-year lifespan.

Ethica Human is an implementation partner delivering training, mentorship and employer matching at scale, in collaboration with the Bank of Industry and the Premier Hub Innovation Centre.
